The position involves the responsibility of the HR manager for the plant in Ivano-Frankivsk and the sales department in Kyiv, as well as the HR business partner for the production unit. This is a very dynamic and versatile position in which you will work closely with colleagues from different functions and departments to solve issues and make decisions related to personnel and in line with company strategy. In addition, you will support divisional managers in engaging employees in the achievement of the company's goals and strategy, thus ensuring that everyone clearly understands their contribution to the development of the business. connection of business and personnel needs. You will cooperate with local departments in the enterprise, colleagues from other European offices, as well as local authorities. This position reports to the Plant Manager, and functionally to the Regional HR Director.
