Expectations for the candidate: 5 years of experience in a similar position in a production international environment; knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine; spoken English at a high level; confident command of a PC; skills in working with personnel administration systems; activity, energy, openness, desire to improve one's knowledge and skills. Tasks that will have to be performed: perform personnel administration in the SAP program; ensure the salary administration process; maintain the relevance of job profiles and job titles; support the process of adaptation of new employees; conduct labor market analysis, salary monitoring ;analyze HR reporting and provide actions for effective plant operation (absenteeism, overtime, compensation);cooperate with the Compensation & Benefit team, prepare compensation and benefits budgets;conduct analysis of employee use of current benefits;cooperate with the occupational health and safety team, improve procedures to ensure compliance with the safe behavior of personnel; to provide personnel with updated company work standards; to calculate KPI; to participate in personnel evaluation; to study the needs of business and personnel in the field of training, to engage in personnel development; to maintain and develop the Employer brand; to submit the necessary internal reporting in a timely manner, and also reporting to state bodies; building and maintaining trust and partnership relations with company employees; monitoring trends in HR, changes in labor legislation.
