What we expect from you:

• Experience in the position of HRBP\HRG from 2 years.
• Experience in closing C-Level positions.
• Proactiveness, sociability, multitasking will be a plus.
• Required: work experience in retail trade (supermarkets, minimarkets, hypermarkets)
• Readiness for business trips

What will be included in your duties:

• Search and selection of personnel (higher, middle management, narrow specialties).
• Attraction of managerial employees and managers working for competitors in to our industry (HUNTING)
• Monitoring of the state of the labor market, wages of external companies in the market.
• Coordination of the process selection, hiring and rotation of personnel.
• Control over the completion of internships together with Heads of divisions.
• Implementation and control of the implementation of the company's HR policies and procedures
• Determination of the need to recruit employees
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees
• Comprehensive evaluation of personnel efficiency
• Determination of personnel training and development needs
• Participation in the company's HR projects
