Key tasks: search for personnel and conduct interviews with candidates, close vacancies in the business direction; take part in the formation of the personnel reserve in the business direction; monitor the passage of the trial period by new employees, conduct evaluation based on the results, implement the mentoring system; take part in the organization of staff training; take part in staff evaluation and holding individual meetings; prepare analytics in the direction of business management processes staff, conduct analysis and provide proposals; organize activities aimed at developing corporate culture and increasing employee loyalty to the bank as an employer; develop proposals for improving the employer brand; report according to the direction of activity; maintain a friendly, productive atmosphere in the team. Experience and qualifications: higher economic, psychological education ; work experience of 1 year in the banking sector (required); confident user of Word, Excel, Power Point; successful experience in building/optimizing/adapting HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development); activity and stress resistance.
