      What to do:

• create provisions, regulations, job instructions and other documents regulating the activities of company employees;
• monitor the labor market;
• plan and control recruitment;
• participate in the creation of personnel of the reserve;
• monitor the passage of the probationary period, adaptation, evaluation, organization of the mentoring system;
• take part in budgeting;
• identify staffing needs or problems and propose different ways to solve them;
• participate in organization of personnel training;
• participate in personnel evaluation and certification;
• conduct 1:1 meetings and coaching for line managers;
• prepare analytics in the direction of personnel management business processes, analyze them and draw conclusions and proposals;
• organize activities aimed at developing corporate culture and increasing the Company's loyalty as an employer;
• develop proposals for improving the employer brand. 

         What it takes:

• higher education;
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position;< /li>
• experience in team management;
• excellent knowledge of labor legislation;
• knowledge of personnel administration;
• knowledge of applied office computer programs (Word, Excel, Internet);
• competent written and spoken language, readiness for multitasking mode;
• organizational abilities and skills;
• communication, positive attitude, punctuality.
