• min. 2 years of experience in a similar position: Junior HRBP, HR Specialist, administrative position in HR, etc., preferably in a manufacturing company,
• practical knowledge of HR processes,
• experience in conducting administrative activities in the HR area and in recruitment,
• very good knowledge of computer use, MS Office suite,
• communicative knowledge of English,
• reliability and attention to detail,
• good organization of own work,
• ability to work in a team,
• highly developed interpersonal skills,
• willingness to develop and further learning.
