Currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align our HR practices with business goals, enhance employee engagement, and support our managers and employees in building a high-performing culture.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR processes and tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and dispute management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Competent in using Excel, Google Presentations, and Figma.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Slack is a plus.
