HR Business Partner in Poster

Right now we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in the office in Dnipro, who will help the company grow and the maturity of People Managers together with us. goals in the role of HR BP: Implement HR strategy in accordance with the main business goals of the company; Develop People Management skill of heads of departments and teams; Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding; Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with heads of departments/teams; Act as a coach and help managers find the best solutions at the intersection of employee and business interests; Be an agent of change in the company and support its development. What you will do: Advise and help heads of departments/ teams on HR issues and team management; Train and provide detailed feedback to managers on their People Management Skills; Participate and assist department/team leaders with engagement surveys, analyze results; Work with HR metrics, build dashboards, analyze data , suggest improvements based on them; Help develop and conduct training programs for both managers and employees; Advise company employees, at their request, on career opportunities, well-being issues, etc. We are made for each other, if you :You have 3+ years of experience in HR and at least 1 year in the role of HR BP;You have a coaching or psychological education or study in a psychotherapeutic project;Able to work both in a team and independently;You have an excellent command of the Ukrainian language, both written and oral and preferably in English at least B2 (you can write short, attractive texts); You have experience working with HR processes (onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding) As a plus: I had experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI; Built and maintained a stable relationship with management.
