Educational institutions all over Ukraine are already using our product and their number is growing exponentially, as is the size of our team. So, we are currently looking for an HR People Partner who will take responsibility for the most important thing - our team. 🧑‍💻Responsibilities :— Development and implementation of strategies for attracting employees to the team.— Development of plans for the development and motivation of the company's employees, taking into account business needs and market trends.— Planning and implementation of training programs for the team aimed at improving professional skills and developing career opportunities.— Providing high level of employee satisfaction and motivation.— Development and maintenance of corporate culture and values.— Collection and analysis of human resource management data to support strategic decision-making.— Preparation of reports for senior management.💪You will need:— 5+ years of experience in position similar to HR People Partner in the IT sector.— Experience in a relevant position in product companies will be an advantage.— Experience in setting up from 0 and improving HR processes.— High communication skills, the ability to listen, identify the non-obvious, argue, and form general approaches to development challenges.—Orientation on quality results, ability to build process quality control systems.—Ability to work with data: collect, analyze and report.—Higher education in personnel management, psychology, business or similar field, additional certificates or courses in personnel management and IT — will be an advantage.
