And today, Starlight Media's HR Department invites an experienced HR Business Partner to join its team. Your tasks will be: providing HR services, developing and implementing payroll systems, consulting and support in HR matters: participation in the development of a HR management strategy, providing consultation and support in matters of recruitment, adaptation, remuneration, development and retention of personnel, maintaining the level of involvement, monitoring of dismissal processes, consulting and support of employees, etc. Our expectations from you: have a full higher education, successful work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, knowledge of HR tools and practices basic personnel legislation, the ability to establish relationships, the ability to work with various information, knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, 1C programs (desirable, but not critical), leadership qualities and benevolence, the ability to take responsibility and focus on results, flexibility and openness, a new analytical and systemic mindset, a high level of communication skills We offer: all the advantages of official employment and a stable salary, comfortable working conditions in the office at the address: str.
