Goals for the first time:
- get to know the team and key information on processes and projects;
- conduct an express audit of the Performance Management process.
Responsibilities:
- ensuring quality work and optimizing existing and developing HR processes;
- development and continuous improvement of Performance management processes;
- development and implementation of performance evaluation systems;
- ensuring the development and implementation of training and development programs for specialists;
- development and implementation of measures to retain specialists;
- providing quality analytics with suggestions for improvement;
- providing support to department heads, advising them on all HR processes and policies;
- ensuring quality communication in units and between teams.
What is important to us:
- general experience in HR from 5 years;
- work experience in the role of HR BP, Deputy of HR BP Lead, Senior HR People Partner or Senior HR Manager. Having experience in building assessment processes and staff training, these can be the roles of Performance Specialist, Assessment manager, Specialist in staff assessment and development;
- proven experience of managing tasks for the development and implementation of HR processes from scratch;
- expertise in the field of evaluation systems (Performance Management);
- understanding of the system approach in HR;
- the ability to independently determine priorities, focusing on key stakeholders and business needs;
- knowledge and understanding of basic processes in recruiting and C&B functions;
- skills in working with HR analytics will be a significant plus;
- management experience, mentoring experience will be a significant plus;
- digital literacy (advanced skills in working with HRIS, ATS, skills in working with Excel, etc. will be a plus);
- knowledge of modern approaches in HR.
