  • Facilitate close collaboration between HR, Head of Unit and Senior Management to ensure alignment of HR strategy with business needs;
  • Ensure that the unit's organizational structure is properly documented, up-to-date and clearly communicated to all employees at all times;
  • Implement and maintain a performance management methodology within the department, promoting a culture of quality feedback;
  • Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting to monitor and manage recruitment processes to effectively fill vacancies;
  • Establish effective processes for adaptation and development of employees in regional units;
  • Ensure that local HR policies are aligned with the company's goals;
  • Organize a structured and efficient HR budget management process;
  • Define and regularly measure key HR indicators with clear benchmarks and systematic efforts to improve these indicators;
  • Maintain a high level of cooperation with the HR teams at the head office to align regional and corporate strategies;
  • Create conditions to support the corporate culture in the divisions, especially by promoting cross-cultural communication between the regions and the head office.

We need your professional experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in HRBP or similar role;
  • Experience working with multicultural teams;
  • Data orientation: ability to work with HR analytics and make decisions based on data;
  • Balance between business and people: the ability to find a balance between business goals and employee needs;
  • Knowledge of Spanish at the Intermediate level or higher.

  • We need your professional experience:

    • Proven experience working with multicultural teams;
    • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to work with HR analytics and make decisions based on data;
    • Balance Between Business & People: Skill in finding a balance between business goals and employee needs;
    • Proficiency in Spanish at an Intermediate level or higher.
