How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

Strategic-administrative component:
and automation of the processes of the fixed team
• get involved in the search for alternative new solutions in the field of HR for the effective implementation of the strategy at the level of the HR department (tools, processes, etc.)

Support of operational activities /consulting managers in HR processes:
• validate hiring to a fixed team, interact with the recruiting team to meet search deadlines
• accompany planned Performance Review, PDP
• validate organizational structure in accordance with the goals of the unit
• study the labor market and the situation of the positions of the fixed team, initiate unscheduled reviews and help in the formation of incentive (bonus) programs of material motivation for teams
• implement managers' requests regarding team training, interaction with L&D and providing feedback on the development of people management skills
• working closely with the People Partner Team to obtain information regarding the emotional component of the established team

Challenges for three months: < /b>
Review and formation of PDP of the division

Challenges for six months:
• formsimplementation of division manager development programs

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience of 5 years or more in HR, in the positions of HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR People Partner - from 3 years
• ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
• experience in change and conflict management
• critical and flexible thinking
• high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
• analytical and systematic thinking
• experience in formalizing processes
• orientation to the result
• decision-making and responsibility
• developed leadership qualities

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
