We started and continue to support the digital transformation of DTEK, which is the first in Ukraine's energy industry is on the path of large-scale digital transformation. Now we have separated into a separate company to share our experience and expertise abroad, remaining an IT support for those who carry the light and contribute to the recovery of the country.

We are currently looking for an HR BP , an experienced and qualified manager who will be part of the business team and will actively interact with C-level and function leaders, work closely with the HR team to implement the strategy in the field of talent management.

This role is aimed at operational efficiency and organizational development, change management, implementation of large projects. The HRBP is a consultant to managers and employees, thinks in terms of business needs, offers solutions based on functional and business expertise, and will become a key member of the HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder management (supporting business leaders in ensuring efficiency and engagement of teams, other issues related to management staff);
• Proactive interaction with managers and teams with the aim of promoting HR solutions/new practices and identifying needs for new tools, clarifying them and transferring them to expertise centers;
• Conducting cross-functional projects (corporate culture, interaction, brand), participation in HR projects;
• Participation in measures to increase loyalty and employee engagement and motivation (retention), working with survey results and analytics to identify trends and form decisions and proposals;
• Building regular and systematic, open and transparent interaction with business leaders
• Providing advice to managers and employees on issues of personnel management, company policy and other issues.

Skills:

• Higher education in the field of human resource management, psychology, business administration or related fields;
• 5+ years of HRBP experience in IT or large systems companies with 500+ employees;
• Experience in managing relationships with employees at all levels;
• Thorough understanding of HR processes, ability to analyze and perceive business needs and problems;
• Ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence key leaders and stakeholders to obtain recommendations and buy-in;
• Well-developed analytical, communication and decision-making skills;
• Critical thinking and coaching skills will be an advantage;
• Focus on achieving specific results and influencing business indicators.
• English - Upper-intermediate (will be an advantage).
