About the candidate: HR Business Partner who will be the key link between the company's strategy and its team. You will be responsible for implementing effective HR processes that ensure high levels of employee engagement, productivity and development. Development of corporate culture, management of motivation programs, support of the onboarding and adaptation process, as well as regular one-to-one meetings and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Implementation and monitoring of performance evaluation processes, development of individual development plans for employees;
- Employee Engagement: Formation and support of corporate culture, development of engagement programs, internal communications and team events;
- One-to-One meetings: Conducting regular one-to-one meetings with the purpose of assessing development, determining employee needs and providing support in achieving goals;
- Onboarding and adaptation: Development and coordination of onboarding programs for new employees, support for their adaptation in the company, conducting adaptation reviews;
- Total Rewards: Development and implementation of innovative motivation systems, analysis of market data to support competitive compensation levels;
- HR Analytics: Collection and analysis of key HR metrics, preparation of data for strategic management decisions.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education, not lower than bachelor's level;
- Ability to visit the office in Kyiv;
- Skills: Analytical thinking, strategic planning, effective communication;
- Languages: English preferred.
