Requirements: Atleast 4years ofexperience inanHR business partner orsimilar strategicHR role. In-depth knowledge ofHR principles, industry best practices, and legal compliance. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability toengage and influence atall levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with aproactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience inchange management and organizational development. Proficiency inHRIS systems and data-driven HRanalysis. Experience working with employees inthe United States and Europe, with adeep understanding ofemployment laws and regulations inthese regions. Experience with Papaya Global will beplus Proficiency inEnglish atleast atthe Upper Intermediate level.
