Right now, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in the Dnipro office, who together with us will help the growth of the company Tamachurnost People Managers. The main goals of the HRBP role: Implement the HR strategy in accordance with the main business goals of the company; Develop People Management skills of heads of departments and teams; Implement, support and improve basic HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding; Build and maintain trusting and partnership relations with heads of departments/teams; Act from the position of a coach and help managers find the best solutions in the interests of employees and business; To be an agent of changes in the company and support its development. What you will do: Advise and assist heads of departments/teams on HR issues and team management; Teach and give detailed feedback to managers about their People Management Skills; Participate and assist department/team leaders with engagement surveys, analyze results; Work with HR metrics, build dashboards, analyze data, propose improvements based on them; Help develop and conduct training programs for both managers and employees; Advise company employees, upon request, regarding career opportunities, well-being issues, etc. Made for each other, if: You have 3+ years of experience in HR and at least 1 year in the role of HRBP; You have a coaching or psychological education or training in a psychotherapeutic project; You can work both in a team and independently; You have an excellent command of the Ukrainian language, both written and spoken, and you can write in English at least B2 (you can write short, attractive texts); You have experience in working with HR processes (onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding) As a plus: had experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI; Built and maintained stable relationships with management.
