We are looking for a HR Business Partner who will become a strategic partner for the CEO and help build strong teams, strengthen management team and shape the company's HR strategy.

This is a role for a person who wants to influence the company's development, key personnel decisions and business scaling.

Main tasks of the role

  • Development and implementation of the company's HR strategy that supports business scaling and achievement of strategic goals.
  • Analysis and development of the company's organizational structure according to stage of business growth.
  • Strengthening the quality of hiring: development and optimization of recruiting processes, implementation of clear standards for evaluating candidates.
  • Active hunting of strong candidates and expansion of talent attraction channels. (Participation in the search and selection of C-level candidates together with the founder of the company.)
  • Formation of the team scaling strategy, in particular, preparation for the entry of the company to international markets and the creation of teams abroad.
  • Development of HR-analytics and work with key HR-metrics for making management decisions.
  • Formation and management HR-budget (recruiting, team development, HR-tools).
  • Strengthening of the company's leadership team and support of managers in team development.
