HR business partner in BEKHTIR

We are looking for an HR business partner who will become a reliable bridge between the team and the business, help build a comfortable work environment and support the development of each employee.

What you will do:

• Work closely with heads of various divisions to understand their needs and challenges.
• Support the processes of selection, adaptation and development of personnel so that each team member feels his or her value.
• Implement effective HR tools that will help increase motivation and productivity.
• Analyze internal processes and propose improvements to improve corporate culture.
• Work on resolving conflict situations and maintain a healthy climate in the team.
• Monitor compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies.

You suit us if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience working as an HR business partner or in related roles.
• You know how to listen, understand business needs and transform them into HR strategies.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changes.
• You have effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
• You show initiative and responsibility at work.
• It doesn't matter what education you have - the main thing is your competence and desire to develop.
