Responsibilities:
- participates in the development of HR strategy in accordance with the company's business strategy;
- talent management: attraction and retention, eNPS research;
- participates in the creation of a personnel evaluation system;
- conducts one-to-one meetings;
- organizes effective internal communication;
- advises managers on HR issues.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably production);
- experience in recruiting will be a big plus;
- well-developed managerial skills;
- systematic approach to work, well-developed critical thinking and emotional intelligence;
- willingness to propose ideas and take responsibility for their implementation;
- ability to work independently.
