Hr business partner in Doronenko O.M., FOP

We have ambitious plans for the coming year, so we are expanding our team and looking for a new member of our young team HR business partner.

Responsibilities:

• participates in the development of HR strategy in accordance with the company's business strategy;
• talent management: attraction and retention, eNPS research;
• participates in the creation of a personnel evaluation system;
• conducts one-to-one meetings;
• organizes effective internal communication;
• advises managers on HR issues.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferably production);
• experience in recruiting will be a big plus;
• well-developed managerial skills;
• systematic approach to work, well-developed critical thinking and emotional intelligence;
• willingness to propose ideas and take responsibility for their implementation;
• ability to work independently.
