We are looking for a HR Business Partner for one of our projects. And if you are the kind of HR who wants not just to support processes, but to influence the development of teams and business — let's get to know each other. 

In the position of HR Business Partner, you will deal with the development of managers and teams, maintenance, adaptation, changes, corporate culture. You will manage the HR People Partners team and coordinate the implementation of HR initiatives in the company. You will become the owner of the HR direction in the team for which you will be responsible. Your appearance will strengthen the People Management team with your experience and joint movement forward. 

Future responsibilities:

  • Leadership and team management. Team management with 4 HR People Partners. Allocation of tasks, prioritization, mentoring and development. Work quality control and HR support effectiveness analysis. Building a unified standard of People Partners' work.
  • Partnership with business. Support of managers in matters of team management, development, conflicts, restructuring, etc. Provision of essential information, HR-analytics and recommendations to managers and management for making management decisions.
  • Development of teams and managers. Determining development areas for employees and managers, planning training programs and supporting participation. Determination of requests and effectiveness of educational programs. Support and improvement of the employee development process (mentoring, personnel reserve, rotations)
  • Adaptation, retention, rotations, dismissal.  Coordination of all stages of the employee life cycle. Quality control of newcomers' adaptation, feedback analysis. Identification of turnover risks, preparation of retention plans. Support of employee rotation and promotion processes. Control of the off-boarding process.
  • Corporate culture and communications. Implementation of corporate values ​​in daily practice. Initiation of activities aimed at developing trust, openness and teamwork (team meetings, retrospectives, safe space for dialogue, workshops, team building). Support of the brand manager in initiatives for the development of corporate culture and integration of values ​​in internal communication.
  • Analytics and processes.  Working with the HR analyst: analysis of metrics and planning of work in relation to results. Formation of reports and presentations for management. Monitoring, writing and updating policies and processes in the field of people management.

Basic requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, of which at least 2 years as HRBP or other relatedtheir role.
  • Understanding the full life cycle of an employee. 
  • Experience managing a team will be a great advantage.
  • Experience in IT or a product company will be a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Participation in projects related to the development of corporate culture, formation of values.
  • Ability to work with HR-analytics.
  • Experience in creating, updating or implementing HR-policies and processes.
  • Proficiency in HRM-systems (HiBob, BambooHR or similar).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, analytical skills.
  • Your strong qualities are communication, flexibility, independence, proactivity and willingness to take initiatives.
