Experience in setting up business processes
Experience in personnel selection, hiring, adaptation and training
Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement company development strategies
Effective leadership and corporate culture development
Negotiation experience
Project management, ensuring the discipline of project and task implementation

Responsibilities

Formation of the company's HR brand
Ensuring the implementation of the HR strategy
Provide internal and external personnel reserves for key and promising positions
Creation and provision of the employee adaptation process
Writing job profiles
Development and improvement of the quality of business processes, implementation new channels and tools for searching and hiring employees
Formation and optimization of the company structure
Development and implementation of KPI and OKP in the organization
Assess the internal motivational climate, employee loyalty, develop and implement measures to increase the level of motivation and employee loyalty
Support and development of corporate culture
Participation in strategic sessions
Participate in the development and implementation of new HR initiatives.
Analyze global trends and benchmarks to develop new HR solutions, programs/policies.
