HR Business Partner

Main duties:

• Implementation and development of HR strategy in accordance with the company's business goals.
• Consulting department heads on personnel management issues.
• Recruitment, adaptation, development and retention of employees.
• Organization and implementation of HR processes: personnel assessment, training, development, personnel reserve.
• Analysis of team effectiveness and development of measures to increase employee engagement. Change management and development of corporate culture. Control and optimization of HR policy and HR analytics. Interaction with management to build an effective organizational structure. style="font-weight: 700">Requirements for the candidate:
  • Experience in HRBP or similar position.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with personnel performance evaluation and development programs.
  • Negotiation skills and change management.
  • High level of communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation will be an advantage.
