Expectations from the candidate:

Your area of ​​responsibility will be:

Support (or implementation "from scratch") of basic HR processes in entrusted divisions in order to achieve strategic business goals of the company and a specific division. The main metrics that will be used to measure the success of the performed functions: in the area of ​​staff retention - staff turnover, eNPS indicators, in the area of ​​staff adaptation - the percentage of early dismissals among newcomers. 

Main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the existence and maintenance of the relevance of the organizational structure of the business unit, as well as staff schedules, control planned and actual headcount indicators;
• Conducting Intro meetings with newcomers, and meetings in the middle and at the end of the trial period to finalize the passage of the trial period by newcomers;
• Participation in the implementation of HR tools in the field performance management;
• Planning of L&D activities for business units (removing the need for training, analysis, support of the training process);
• Participation in reviewing compensation levels in business units , analysis of motivational schemes, participation in the development and implementation of changes in S&B issues, consulting the heads of business units;
• Participation and support in business units of general centralized HR projects (for example, projects on corporate culture, employer brand, etc. );
• Participation in external HR events for the purpose of positioning the company's employer brand.

You are expected:
