Responsibilities:

• Partnership with department management to develop and implement an HR strategy that meets the company's business goals.
• Implementation of a talent management system: recruitment, adaptation and development of employees. Implementation of personnel training programs (LMS)
• Implementation of a human capital evaluation system
• Consulting managers on personnel management, conflict situations and team development.
• Organization and conducting of educational programs, seminars and trainings.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of HR processes and initiation of changes for their improvement.
• Participation in the formation of corporate culture and its promotion development
• Classic recruiting - active and effective search and selection of candidates (1-2 vacancies per month)

Requirements:

• Experience in HR or related from 2 years in the field.
• Knowledge of the basics of HR processes and legislation in the field of work.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with different levels of management.
• Analytical abilities and strategic thinking.
• High organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
