Key tasks

• Analysis of personnel management and business needs in the development of the HR function.

• Effective recruiting process management of the state.

• Onboarding and onboarding process support.

• Creating, implementing and regularly conducting personnel evaluation.

• Participation in creating and maintaining a system of effective internal communications.

• Support and adaptation to business needs of the system of remuneration, compensation and benefits.

• HR team management.

• Providing expert support in HR mattersx.

Expectations from the candidate

• HR professional with a systematic understanding of the principles of building key HR processes. 

• Previous experience in business at the stages of rapid development or scaling.

• HR process implementation skillsfrom description to internal implementation support: recruiting, assessment, onboarding, adaptation, payment and benefits, staff training. 

• Systematic and critical thinking.

• Ability to think and act within the framework of business needs.

• The ability to independently create ideas and projects, to find and implement effective business solutions.
