We are looking for our HR superhero who will provide comfortable work and help the manager in all personnel management issues.

What to do:

• Closing vacancies in the commercial department, warehouse workers (loaders, pickers, stickerers, etc.);
• Evaluation of resumes and interviews with candidates;
• Onboarding, adaptation of new employees;
• Evaluate and protect personnel;
• Train and promote staff development;
• Analyze layoffs and maintain a positive atmosphere;
• Report according to HR processes.

• 2+ years of experience in the HR field.
• Recruitment skills, staff adaptation and motivation.
• Communication and responsibility.
• Higher education.
• Proficient in Excel.
