On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company, we announce a competitive selection for the position of HR Business Partner, Lviv.< /p>

Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with managers regarding the creation and implementation of HR procedures in the field of personnel management and corporate culture.
• Implementation of solutions to improve work efficiency, employee engagement, staff retention, support of an inclusive culture.< /span>
• Support of the performance management process, development of training programs and development of internal talents.
• Support for the search and hiring process in the category of production personnel, onboarding for all categories of employees.
• Response and support for all incoming inquiries regarding HR processes and procedures, including ethics regulation.
• Local implementation of regional projects.
• Reporting and preparation of presentations on the analysis of human resources and business performance indicators as needed. 

Requirements: 

• Higher education
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience as an HR Business Partner
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages
• Strong communication skills, ability to buildpartnerships with internal customers (employees and managers)
Proactive approach in daily work, independence and initiative
