We are building a global biotechnology business and developing the following areas: baking, production of yeast and yeast-based ingredients for food manufacturers, production of feed additives for livestock and aquaculture.

In Ukraine, we are the leader in the bread baking market - 2 out of 3 loaves in Ukraine are baked with our yeast. We export more than 50% of all products to 23 countries of the world (Europe, Asia and Africa).

We are waiting for you if you:

• have a higher education
• have experience in a similar or related position for at least 2 years
• understand all key HR - processes in the company confident user of MS Office, 1C weight: 700">Your main responsibilities will be:
  • act as a single point of contact for employees and managers of the relevant business unit on personnel management issues.
  • participate with managers in the implementation of strategic projects, provide expert evaluation from the point of view of personnel management.
  • support of the full cycle of HR processes ( timely staffing, high-quality adaptation, evaluation, 1:1, etc.) in the relevant department and support in their implementation
  • preparation of analytical and reference information necessary for high-quality provision of HR functions.
