HR Budgeting & Analytics Expert in Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine

Your future duties:

• Formation of the budget for the Bank's personnel, in particular:

< li> Collection, consolidation of information (including meetings with the Bank's divisions) regarding planned personnel costs
1. Preparation of the personnel cost budget
2. Preparation of data for consideration by the Bank's Management Board etc.
Formation of budget execution forecast based on initiatives to introduce/reduce staff units, etc.
3. Participation in additional budget calculation processes for newly created divisions, during reorganizations
4. Preparation of expert opinions, necessary calculations related to the budget of expenses per staff
5. Optimization and digitization of the budget process

• Participation in the development and maintenance of interactive analytical reports on key HR metrics (Power BI)
• Preparation of presentations at the request of management on personnel management issues (Power Point)

Your experience and skills:

• Strong analytical skills
• High proficiency in Excel (test assignment will be given)
• Proficiency in Power Query/Power Pivot will be an advantage
• Experience with Power BI will be an advantage
• English language at a level not lower than intermediate
• Work experience of at least 1-2 years in the positions of analyst, C&B manager, budgeting manager, financier (or someone close to her)
