You will work with the Head of People Operations to define and implement policies and procedures while ensuring strong governance and required cadence is in place to comply with any provincial/country laws across Europe/EU. Key responsibilities of the role will include the following: ● Thought Leadership ● Be the SME for all HR activities across the region ● Bring HR best practice to the group ● Lead / Support Global and Local HR improvement initiatives ● LDC – Work closely with the Head of Learning, Development and Community to ensure the strategy is aligned to the goals set ● Provide a balance of thought leadership and operational delivery excellence in the role Experience of leading and managing diverse HR teams Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influencing through relationships, knowledge and data Minimum 15 years’ experience – in HR roles – in an IT Services or Professional Services industry Including at least 5 years in a team lead position Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail Ability to manage complex set of stakeholders, operate within guidelines andquestion status quo Ability to analyze data, understand internal/external trends and developrecommendations for action Maturity and ability to resolve conflict. Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast-paced, teamenvironment Experience with labor relations Ability to speak and write English fluently and be fluent in other Europeanlanguages would be preferred Relevant HR qualifications.
