Your future tasks: • managing the full life cycle of specialists in the company—onboarding, adaptation, 1:1 meetings, dismissal process, off-boarding • helping specialists solve difficult situations with the manager and colleagues • organizing and coordinating corporate events • maintaining and optimizing the company's HR processes • managing corporate social networks. Your experience is relevant to us if: • you have 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a company with 50+ employees • you have experience in conducting 1:1, onboarding and exit interviews for specialists • you have the skills to use MSOffice, G-Suite, Canva, etc. • you have high level of empathy and enjoy working with people • think critically and are afraid to make decisions • take initiative and proactively approach the completion of work tasks.
