What will be included in your duties?: Search and recruitment of personnel (higher, middle management, narrow specialties). Attracting senior employees and managers working for competitors in our industry (HUNTING). Monitoring the state of the labor market, wages of external companies in the market. Coordination of the process of selection, hiring and rotation of personnel. Control over the completion of internships together with department heads. Control of the training of new employees, certification and adaptation of personnel. What is required of you? Work experience in the position of HRBP\HRG from 2 years. Experience in closing C-Level positions. Proactivity, sociability, multitasking will be a plus.
