We are looking for a HR BP to join our team. none">!

Responsibilities:

  • Development of company policies regarding hiring, onboarding, offboarding, attraction, remuneration, development and regulations in the company;
  • Working with internal communications in the company (Business, Life, Projects);
  • Performance review. Development of a competency model and training programs. Evaluation and forecasting of results through 180 and 360 surveys;
  • Conducting regular surveys in the company, analysis of results and conclusions with proposals for improvements in the company;
  • Feedback ecosystem. Conducting one-on-one meetings with the Health check team, analyzing feedback. Collecting analytics about employees;
  • Building partnerships and maintaining relations with universities, cultivating candidates through your corporate university;
  • Closing positions at the senior level, TOR level;
  • Onboarding. Onboarding in the company for a new employee: conducting welcome onboard, one to one and events and meetings according to the company's onboarding policy;
  • Offboarding. Conducting one to one meetings and managing ana
  • Implementation of improvements in HR processes based on feedback: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Feedback ecosystem and participation in the Learning & development project;
  • Tracking of main HR metrics and monitoring of progress;
  • Participation in Employer Branding and HR projects;
