In close cooperation with the team members and line managers, the HR Assistant will mainly be responsible for overall administrative support and assistance with talent attraction & talent acquisition, as well as learning and development activities. The HR Assistant also assists with tasks related to HR administration. Start date: as soon as possibleYour Tasks and ResponsibilitiesUnder direct supervision of the Talent Attraction & Talent Acquisition Officer and with the support and guidance of the Learning & Development Officer, the HR Assistant is responsible for:Providing overall support and assistance with all aspects related to talent attraction & talent acquisition processes, in particular with:Providing support throughout the entire life-cycle recruitment processActing as the focal point for posting vacancy announcementsAssisting with screening candidates` applications Arranging and administering written tests and interviewsEnsuring that all relevant recruitment-related documentation is duly completed and filed Performing reference, medical and background check for candidatesSupporting with necessary arrangements for new staff membersAssisting with preparation and maintaining recruitment filing systemSupporting the Learning & Development team, in particular with:Assisting with all issues related to organizing and running courses, trainings, and information sessions for line managers and staff membersProviding administrative support to the briefing and onboarding programs for new hiresworking with trainers on co-facilitation of the digital learning supportProviding administrative assistance organizing work-related travels, and with other administrative and logistics tasksContacting external providers (consultants, etc.) and providing timely administrative and logistics support to participants of the trainingMaintaining a coherent archiving system in collaboration with the Information Management UnitPreparing learning materials What we offer youEmployment contract according to Ukrainian labor lawFlexible working arrangementsAnnual paid 20 working days' vacationCompetitive gross salary between UAH 36,000 and 52,000 before taxationMedical insurance for employees and familyICRC Institutional trainingIndividual development covered by ICRCForeign language coursesConvenient office location in the city centerAbout youTo be successful as an HR Assistant in the ICRC PAC team, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences and have the following characteristics: Ukrainian citizenship or permanent residence permit in UkraineHigh school or professional diplomaTwo to three years of professional experience in a similar fieldExperience in recruitment, learning and development or in HR is an assetProfessional fluency in English, and UkrainianComputer literate with practical experience in Microsoft Office applicationsSelf-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork and humanitarian principlesFlexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learnAbility to work independently, as well as effectively under supervisionConfidence in managing projects and staffAbility to organize and prioritize multiple tasksAbility to work within a diverse team and establish and maintain good working relations in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary environmentInterested?
