HR assistant, recruiter (no experience) in Pidlisna I.O., FOP

For this vacancy, I chose a step-by-step structure and schedule 09:00-18:00. Since this is a field of working with people, the emphasis is on sociability and the opportunity to become a real "talent hunter".

We are looking for an active assistant who will teach all the secrets of modern HR — from finding the perfect resume to conducting the first interviews!

How will your work process be arranged:

• Schedule: a stable five-day week (Mon-Fri) from 09:00 to 18:00.

• Location: our dynamic workspace

• Training: you will receive a personal mentor who will help you go from a beginner to a confident recruiter.

Your action plan for the day:

1. Search for cool candidates on different platforms (we will show you where and how).

2. Initial analysis of resumes and phone calls introduction interviews.

3. Help in organizing interviews for managers.

4. Maintaining a database of candidates and maintaining friendly communication with them.
