Main duties:

• Assist in the full cycle of mass recruitment (from the publication of vacancies to the organization interviews);

• Search for candidates using job sites and other sources;

• Conducting telephone prescreenings and interviews;

• Help with the preparation of reports and analytics on recruitment;

• Supporting communication with candidates (answers to inquiries, feedback communication);

• Support of operational HR processes at the request of the manager.
