We are looking for an HR Assistant (fixed-term contract) to join our team in Warsaw!

We are open to candidates with less experience or those who want to start a career in HR!Responsibilities:
- HR services for employees with civil law contracts, including foreigners.
- Maintaining employees' personal files.
- Archiving documents.
- Entering employee data into the HR and payroll system.
- Supporting the HR and Payroll team in their daily work.
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish and very good English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in the office from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00.
