We are growing, expanding the team and looking for a person who can ensure the stable operation of the office, support the recruiting and HR processes of the company, as well as become a reliable assistant for the CEO, creating an atmosphere of professionalism, order and service.
Your main areas of responsibility:
1. HR and recruiting (approximately 40%)
- Search and selection of candidates: publication of vacancies, initial screening, organization of interviews.
- Maintenance of candidate database, organization of onboarding and adaptation of newcomers.
- Preparation of documents and checklists for new employees.
- Participation in the formation of corporate culture: communication with employees, welcome processes for newcomers, etc.
- Maintaining the schedule of employee visits: sick leave and vacations.
2. Assistant support to the CEO (approx. 40%)
- Maintenance of the CEO's meeting calendar.
- Preparation of short reports and presentations.
- Organization of trips, reservations, communications.
- Coordination of tasks between the CEO and the team.
- Performance of other manager's assignments as needed.
3.Administration of the office (approximately 20%)
- Organization of office work: ordering materials, stationery, etc.
- Control of cleanliness, work areas, equipment, Internet.
- Accounting of expenses, working with cash for material needs of the office.
- Accounting of documents: contracts, invoices, correspondence.
- Preparation for professional events and corporate training.
