HR Assistant in EvoPlay

Responsibilities: Work with employee profiles in the internal HR system; Organize the exit of new employees of the company; Preparation of reports in the direction of HR (staffing, staff turnover, selection and hiring of personnel, etc.); Preparation of regular and special reports for internal users of the division; Cooperation with HR partners in order to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement; Work with divisional/subdivision merchandising, procurement and issue control, work with contractors. Expectations from the candidate: Work experience from 1 year in the position of HR Administrator , HR Analyst, HR Assistant; Confident level of mastery of Excel (complex formulas, work with arrays, pivot tables, Power Query, etc.). Kindness and love for people; Executive, scrupulous, high level of responsibility; Good presentation skills; Desire learn and develop. It will be a plus: Completed higher mathematical, technical, economic education; Willingness to grow and develop in the direction of HR analytics.
