Duties: Assist in recruitment, such as posting ads, registering applications, arranging interviews and assisting with induction. Prepare correspondence for employees in accordance with instructions, including resignation letters, new start documentation, changes in contracts, etc. in English and Ukrainian languages. Issuing personnel identification cards and managing personnel affairs. Keeping track of absences, attendance and vacations, as well as updating files/records as needed. Compiling information necessary for payroll preparation. Complete data entry for payroll on a monthly basis. Coordination of training programs, seminars and other events with internal/external stakeholders and participants. Maintain all HR documentation and keep all HR records and systems up-to-date. Handle general HR inquiries from employees and external stakeholders. Basic requirements: Bachelor's degree in personnel management, business administration or related fields. Ability to take leadership at certain stages of the recruitment process. Understanding of employment contracts. Proven experience (1-2 years) of working in administrative positions in the field of personnel management. Ability to work with HRIS (information personnel management systems) and MS Office package. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information. Knowledge of labor legislation and regulatory acts. Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
