Requirements for candidates: We are looking for an open, empathetic, responsible person , who is ready to become an assistant and associate of the HR Generalist. Technologically advanced, easily works with Excel tables, masters Jira, HRIS and any new service, draws an organization chart in Miro, etc. Learns quickly. Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level must have. Functional :assistance with search and selection (placement of vacancies, communication with candidates, screening of resumes, the first stage of the interview), onboarding of newcomers, preparation for the financial and legal department of information regarding the conclusion of contracts, payments, etc., accounting of working hours/ vacations/ sick days, work in Jira , HRIS, etc., HR assistance in conducting HR processes.
