The HRAssistant’s duties involve awide range ofsupport activities inside ourHR department, from coordinating meetings tomaintaining our employee database. Animportant part ofyour role will betoact asthe liaison betweenHR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution ofrequests and questions. You’ll also assist increating policies, processes and documents. Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations oftheHR functions and duties Compile and update employee records Process documentation and prepare reports relating topersonnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc) Coordinate HRprojects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Conduct initial orientation oronboarding tonewly hired employees Assist our recruiters toprepare candidate’s profile and update our database Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues Organize1:1 meetings Assist with company merch Coordinate HRprojects, meetings, and training seminars Participate inHR projects Nurture apositive working environment Assist inthe performance review and appraisal procedures Weoffer: Asupportive team Competitive Salary inUSD Office/Hybrid mode ofwork 15+business days ofpaid time off Team building and corporate events Equipment provided Fragrant coffee from the barista inthe office Job requirements: Proven work experience asanHR assistant orcompleted courses intheHR field Fast computer typing skills (MSOffice) Familiarity with HRMS Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Teamwork skills English level— intermediate orhigher
