Issuing personnel ID cards and maintaining personnel records. information required for payroll preparation. Complete data entry for payroll on a monthly basis. Coordinate training programs, seminars and other events with internal/external stakeholders and participants. Maintain all HR documentation and keep all HR records up-to-date and systems.Handling general HR inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.Essential requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or related field.Ability to assume leadership at certain stages of the recruitment process.Understanding employment contracts.Proven experience ( 1−2 years) working in administrative positions in the field of personnel management. Ability to work with HRIS (personnel management information systems) and MS Office package. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive with information. Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations. Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
