We strive to provide an inclusive and supportive working environment where all employees feel respected and supported in fulfilling their potential.Overview of role:Responsible for supporting the HR Manager/Base Manager by ensuring all HR administrative processes are completed, including data entry, maintaining files, records and systems in compliance with HR SOPs and local labour law requirements. Responsibilities:Support recruitment administration such as posting advertisements, logging applications, coordinating interview arrangements and assisting with the new starter processes Draft employee correspondence as instructed, including leaver letters, new starter documentation, contractual changes etc in English and UkrainianIssue staff ID Cards and maintain personnel files. Maintain absence, attendance and holiday records and update files/records as required Accurately collate any other information as required to assist with payroll preparationComplete data entry for payroll on a monthly basisCoordinate training programmes, workshops or other events with internal/external stakeholders and participants Ensure all paperwork is filed on personnel files and all HR records and systems are kept up to dateHandle general HR enquiries from employees and external stakeholdersEssential requirements: Higher specialised education (bachelor's or master’s degree);Work experience in HR services from 1 year desirable;Knowledge of the labour legislation of Ukraine;Understanding of the basics of military registration;Ability to work in BAF, 1C, MedOk;Ability to work with large amounts of information;High level of document management;Attention to detail.
