HR Assistant in Halo Lab

Hello! We are one of the coolest digital design teams in Ukraine, and we help IT startups from all over the world make projects. Our team is actively growing and we are currently looking for an HR Assistant to whom we can entrust the most valuable thing - our teammates. Tasks you will deal with: event management (preparation of events, gifts, greetings and weekly streams); ensuring support of employees at all stages their professional development (onboarding, job evaluation, 1-to-1 meetings, offboarding); responsibility for technical support of employees; assistance in drawing up personnel documents in the process of hiring and firing employees; performing other important tasks of the management; You are our candidate if: you have experience in working with people and solving complex situations; you are willing to multitask and know how to set priorities; you are willing to take care of our team and yourself; you are not afraid of tasks that you do not yet know how to solve. Why us: we have a minimum of bureaucracy and we are always open to improvements and any discussions; our rules are team-first, remote-first; we currently work only remotely; it is possible to start the working day from 09:00 to 11:00, and yes, we work 8 hours a day (+1 an hour lunch break); we actively spend time together: online corporates, challenges, reports on thematic topics, which can be viewed on our YouTube channel; we have paid vacation and sick leave, public holidays. Terms of cooperation: flexible working hours and remote work from anywhere in the world. we pay for 15 working days of rest / sick leave. additional activities: online therapy groups, team streams with lectures and events.
