This position will be based in Kharkiv, Ukraine, with possible travel to other regions of Ukraine. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the personnel management specialist and other employees of the department in working with documents and implementing global HR processes in the Kharkiv office. Duties: Current personnel management: Assist in the performance of day-to-day functions and responsibilities of the personnel management department in the Kharkiv office; Providing documentary and administrative support to the personnel management coordinator and manager; Compilation and updating of personal files of employees (paper and electronic copies); Keeping records of employees in the WorkDay system (HRIS); Updating HR trackers (vacation tracker, personal affairs tracker, etc.); Processing of documentation and preparation of reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, complaints, performance evaluation, etc.); Providing support to the employee of the personnel management department in resolving employee inquiries regarding personnel issues, rules and policies; Conducting onboarding for of newly hired employees, assistance in the organization of induction training; Management of personnel records, in accordance with Ukrainian legislation (employment contracts, contracts for the provision of services, orders, references, letters, etc.); Assisting a senior employee of the department in scanning and maintaining personnel archives; Support of the HR specialist in organization of team building and training events in close cooperation with the administrative department. Compensation and Benefits: Assist the HR Manager in providing information for staff payroll (providing relevant data (absenteeism, bonuses, vacations, etc.).Qualification Requirements: 1+ year of recruiting or HR/Administrative experience.Good communication and organizational skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Office; Knowledge of labor legislation; Advanced knowledge in the field of personnel administration and document management; Knowledge of job search/job posting resources, as well as software, databases and personnel management systems. English language level — upper-intermediate or higher, fluency in the Ukrainian language (Russian will be an advantage).Bachelor's degree in the field of human resources management (or related fields).Experience with HRIS and databases; Availability of job search resources; Experience in organizing events will be an advantage; Willingness to grow professionally through networking and continuous learning opportunities.Standards of Professional Conduct: The IRC and IRC employees must adhere to the values ​​and principles set forth in the IRC Code of Conduct, The IRC Way.
