Preparation of correspondence for employees in accordance with instructions, including resignation letters, new start documentation, changes in contracts, etc. in English and Ukrainian languages. Issuance of personnel identification cards and management of personnel files. Maintain absence, attendance and leave records and update files/records as required. Collation of information required for payroll preparation Complete data entry for payroll on a monthly basis Coordinate training programs, workshops and other activities with internal/external stakeholders and participants. Maintain all HR documentation and keep all HR records and systems up-to-date.Handle general HR inquiries from employees and external stakeholders.Essential Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.Ability to assume leadership at certain stages of the recruitment process. Understanding of employment contracts. Proven experience (1-2 years) working in administrative positions in the field of personnel management. Proficiency with HRIS (personnel management information systems) and MS Office package. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information. Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations. Fluency in Ukrainian and English.
