HR Assistant in Logity

We are looking HR Assistant. Our company is open to candidates without previous experience in this field. We expect to see in the team a specialist who can quickly and efficiently respond to requests, achieve the set goal on time and takes a very responsible approach to each task.

Our candidate is a professional for whom there are no unsolvable cases.

• can work with Google Sheets;

• has a high level of responsibility and attention to detail. 

Tasks you will have to work with:

• informational support and support of candidates at the stage from the offer to registration in the company (collection and preparation of document packages, organization of signing, moderation of groups, communication with company employees, etc.);

• cooperation with the HR department to ensure coordination of related work processes;

• preparation of necessary access for new employees;

• work with internal CRM systems (creating/deleting work accounts, keeping employee data up-to-date, solving organizational issues regarding settings, communication with the support department);

communication with employees and other departments;

• preparation of acts of completed works;

• creating a policy on the key business processes of the position;

• maintenance, correction and updating of data in current reporting tables.
