HR analytics consultant in SMART business

We invite an experienced HR Analytics Consultant to join our team. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Collection, systematization and analysis of personnel management data
• Identification of key trends, patterns and relationships in HR indicators">Using statistical methods and tools for deep data analysis
• Interpretation of analysis results and determination of their business value
• Preparation of analytical reports, dashboards and presentations
• Development of sound recommendations for improving HR processes
• Providing advice and support in creating BI dashboards and analysis tools.

Requirements for the candidate:

• From 3 years of work experience in the field of HR analytics
• Deep understanding of HR processes and methods of their optimization
• Experience with HR information systems and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical, statistical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
